25,000 is a lot on an assault with a deadly weapon charge. If there was serious bodily injury or death on top of it he wouldnt get bail in Texas, at all. You can get an assault with a deadly weapon charge just for pointing a gun, and I suspect no one was actually shot in this psy-op anti gun story.

The constitution says he's innocent until convicted by a jury, and entitled to a "Reasonable" bail. I don't pretend to know what happened, but I do know this, sometimes when an asshole gets himself shot , he needed shooting..
