It's really not that big of a deal.

It certainly won't be noticed by people buying/selling/transacting with BTC.

Anyone wasting time trying to improve the Bitcoin protocol is just wasting time. It’s dated ,
Bad for the environment and slow. Not to mention not that decentralized considering 7 pools control Bitcoin.

Cardano is a more advanced version of Bitcoin. Uses bitcoins UTXO called EUTXO extended unspent transactions . And it can handle smart contracts better called smart transactions.

Oh yeah since it used the same accounting mode as Bitcoin it can completely absorb Bitcoin into its network at some point.

Also it can be run a raspberry oil off of batteries and solar power. Much better for the environment and no need for constantly upgrading Bitcoin mining equipment .

Are there only 21 million Cardano of which 5 million are thought to be lost so only a supply of around 16 million Cardano world wide exist? That is all the Bitcoin there is.

Rare has nothing to do with it. Price comes from demand and available supply. Something retarded like Shib which has 500 trillion coins on the market and 1 quadrillion total coins can blast up to the top 10 crypto list simply because demand pressure is far surpassing available supply.

There’s a shit ton of bullets out there but if we ever went into a civil war you can bet that Bullets would 10x in price simply from demand

Cardano is trash, only 17 transactions per second on their network, no developer support, no active development ecosystem.

There's a reason it's 1/1000th the price of ETH, because it's 1/1000th as valuable.

I'll have to read up on Taproot though, that's interesting.

Litecoin already doing some of this and with mimblewimble will be fungible and private.
