Improving sleep. Melatonin and Valerian Root. Cutting out processed foods. Diet more focused on good fats and high protein. Farm eggs, fish, grass fed beef etc. L-Tyrosine, 5-HTP. Eat clean for awhile to see if it helps. At least it's not harmful, right? And get plenty of sun, extra sleep, and some exercise. Stay away from processed foods & especially processed carbs and sugars. Do you crave sweets? If so, I guarantee you are gluten (wheat) sensitive. Eat lots of raw fruits and veggies to get the extra healing enzymes. Have a smoothie with flax or chia seed and maybe some green powder. Fill in with whatever supplements are necessary for your age, weight, and overall health plus some pre/probiotics. |
