While a 'go fund me' page was suitable for Haiti and the quakes, the money did not get to where it should have. The donations for Afghanistan can only be implemented if NATO is in charge of how the money is spent.
The ICC will award Afghanistan a huge settlement for a 20-year illegal occupation, collected from all NATO members and spent everywhere but in those same donor nations.
Another item that should be voted on by the public every election is about military alliances and if they are even needed when a 'peaceful world' begins when nations don't have standing armies. Industry keeps the people busy, so does tourism when 85% have the time and money to take up that 'career'.
