There’s no sense in running out of the US, you cannot run from a one world government. Once the West is taken down, they will use those resources to take down the poor countries. The poor people around you will most likely be unarmed and won’t have the resources to resist.
I would recommend leaving a liberal area of the US and get into a strong conservative area where your community, local and state representatives will more than likely stand against this tyranny.

Here is the question he is avoiding answering, and probably intentionally so:

If it is not economically viable for them to go after the poor countries, then why would it be economically viable for them to come after you if you stay in the US but move to a rural community?

The reason he does not answer this is because you are actually much safer in the US rural areas, for many, many reasons:

1. You already know people here
2. You know the culture and how to maneuver
3. You know the geography
4. You have guns here
5. Poor countries are not self sufficient. They depend on the West for everything they have, so once the West is toppled then the poor countries will be offered loans to implement the passport infrastructure and told if they do not comply they will lose everything they currently depend on in the West.
6. Here, you have access to supplies to start becoming self sufficient and build rural communities before it goes full blown.
7. You cannot escape the one world government they are building, you can only live in a parallel society within it. Eventually it will collapse, because communism always does (though it may take 75 years).

They are coming after the West first, because that is the only piece they actually need to topple. The poor world has no ability to fight back, so they are effectively already dead men walking.

Ok, I will say maybe it would be possible in somewhere with a full 12 month growing season. You would have to deal with the local mobs though. Basically you don't have any rights in those countries.
