County and city workers are all infiltrated and it won’t need to be a technical hack that poisons the water supply...... it will be an inside job, blamed on the Russians or Chinese........that’s why they have developed all these smart cities, where all the resources are controlled by one entry........ they have been releasing Graphene oxide, aka lipid nanoparticles in the water supply for awhile now.........
