If you are going to take Ivermectin you MUST take zinc supplement with it else it wont work against covid. In addition Vit C and D would be very useful for winter protection. A dose of Ivermectin once every 4 weeks is enough unless you are VERY ill and most protocols call for a daily dose for 5 or 6 days then stop.

The first dose can hit a bit hard making you feel a bit flushed and some mild stomach cramp. If you cant find the paste most countries sell the injectable clear liquid Ivermectin for cattle in a polypropylene glycol / glycerine base (electric cigarette juice) so its safe to ingest as 1 ml per 50kg which is the same as a cattle dose. Just squirt out via a 2 ml syringe straight into some fruit juice and drink it.
