Do they sit 6 feet apart. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 80936877 I'd say things are pretty crowded around the beer keg. I do know that they are not at the moment in my area. However, no one else is either. That went away after the first 30 days. Don't Be An Asshole...Just Be Nice! God Bless America "Blinding ignorance does mislead us. O! But during degree work masks are worn, and lodges are operated with only the minimum needed as far as officers go. Many lodges were shuttered as it's too risky to meet with the pandemic raging, and would violate certain oaths to put our brothers in danger. You could always call your lodge and see what procedures have been implemented for the safety of the brothers. |

But I came across it and felt like responding anyway. You asked about wearing a mask inside a lodge? The funny thing is, inside a lodge is one of the few places we can truly remove our ,"Masks". And no, I'm not referring to those cloth face diapers that all of the scared, blind, sheep are wearing. The core of the Masonic fraternity is very, very ancient. And a few of the founding members are still among us. They just change their masks, from time to time. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 80062899 United States 12/05/2021 11:26 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | To put it bluntly.. there are immortal humans living among us. No, not vampires. Although I often think that might be where the vampire myths originally sprang from. The rank and file brothers and fellows haven't a clue as to what the true secret is. But they are useful. They do good works, behind the scenes. And the Masons really do help people, you just don't hear about it. But, that's why they're there. Smoke and mirrors. It's like an onion. Layer upon layer, upon layer. And the long lived ones? They're not really bad. Nor evil. Nor really good. They have just been here so long, living life after life, it gets boring after a while. Tedious and repetitive. And lindividual lives of the fellows come to mean less and less over the countless millinia. Iimagine if you had lived long enough to see a hundred, or a thousand, wives, children, and loved ones be born, watched them grow into adulthood, then middle age, and finally having to watch every single one of them age, become sick, and finally die. Leaving you with another empty whole to fill. Another thing. Humanity is a very clever species, and have created a high civilization, with miraculous technology. But. It isn't the first time humanity has reached such a point. Nor is it even the highest point ever reached. But, I don't think this iteration will overcome the highest plateau reached previously. You have already crested. And are starting to fall back. It has been, different. This time around . Technology went down a very different road this time, as in any previous period. But the river is wide, and flows ever onward. With plenty of room for things new and different. I really shouldn't ba talking like this. But, I'm bored. And anonymity makes iMessage less cautious. And after all. I'm just a nut case on a conspiracy forum. Right? |
