Former suffering long Covid doc reporting in. Methylene blue is what I have used along with Butterbur and lions mane on the back end of my lc nightmare. I had emotion regulation and headaches as my last symptom profile. All body issues were 98% resolved following raw milk therapy Thymex Immuplex cyruta plus supplementation. Methylene blue has made a near instant world of difference. I used 16mg )30 drops) a day. Ibuprofen wouldn’t put a dent in the headaches but blue was literally instant. Major game changer for lingering depression as well. Brain repair is my current focus. Cellular mitochondrial function and continued cyruta and cyruta plus usage for vascular repair. Hi LC-Doc, is it 16 mg PER DROP and 30 drops a day, making it 480 mg? Or is it 16 mg total, in 30 drops? Well it’s complicated. For my body weight at 2mg/kg of patient it would be like 400 drops a day which is listed as a recommended dosage to some. However that’s insane for a small bottle purchase. I believe that amount is for medical iv amounts for its various applications. I did some research and some believe 16mg per day is a sweet spot for neurological boosting. That is 30 drops total. An eye dropper is .5mg per drop. LC doc back, caught a ban posting a link for pharmacy grade methylene blue. Its available from a number of vendors. Amazon has it as well. It has to be USP grade (highest grade).
