Where is that quote from? A court opinion or that guy? Because there is no right to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness in the constitution. That is from the declaration of independence and not the constitution. The constitution and the Bill of Rights certainly imply those things but I would be surprised if that phrasing would show up in a court opinion because the courts don’t recognize the declaration of independence as a legal document. Not trying to tear this post down, but it sounded sketchy to me.

So if the police decided to charge him for what most people think is law those cops and the department would be held liable for ALLLLL court cost proceedings plus any damages incurred due to the policemen's ignorance of SUPREME COURT rulings. Do you think municipalities laws or ordinances supersede Supreme Court case law? It doesn't. All of us have to live under the truth of english language definitions. Those definitions define the language used in proceedings. This man obviously had all those Supreme Court rulings and the true definitions for the language used in the rulings and gave it to the officer. Thats truth. Those definitions are not subjective from one person to another, they are static. What one person perceives a word to mean is not necessarily the actual truth of the word, the definition of the word is the actual truth used by the courts not most people. Thats how the system plays and preys on most of the masses. But if one knows the truths and has the Supreme Court case laws on ones side, game over.

the last time I got pulled over was when I passed by a stopped state highway patrol officer writing a citation to a motorist who had pulled off the highway. The cop eventually caught up with me as I was driving normal speed, and wrote me up based upon an obscure provision about passing a cop who is pulled over on the side of a road. The thing is, there is absolutely nothing specific about when a cop can pull you over in such a setting. The standard is - take a deep breath here - whenever a cop arbitrarily feels like it, under the proviso that he can claim that your passing by in the lane from which he puled off the highway made him feel endangered, or something. You are supposed to move over to the fast lane on your left in such cases (in the USA). So it is up to you to determine if and when a cop who has pulled off the highway will feel endangered by you remaining on the highway lane in which you had been driving. No specifics. I work in a law office and give the original deeds back to the owners all the time. Usually they have been recorded in the clerk’s office first. Weather you pay cash or not, if you fail to pay your property taxes you will be foreclosed on.
