Sovereign citizen shit is the worst advice on dealing w/ cops, judges, any authority. The idea is give cops a hard time by throwing legalese at em & being verbally combative, then government magically fucks off. Ppl claim crazy shit, like "I was in court and refused to give em my name - BOOM! case won." Here is what happens when you try that shit in real life. I love how fast dude's wife shuts down his sovtardism. Trying to tell a cop he has no right to be oppressing and robbing you is kind of like trying to tell a mafia hit man it's illegal to kill someone, isn't it sparky? Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77581543 yup lol If this happened here in Texas he would be been pull from the car and assed whipped. If it had happened some places in Texas the cop might have been shot in the face with a shotgun, too. Alot of people who live here believe everyone should mind their own business, including and especially the police. People in Texas shoot cops when they become violent or criminally invade their homes. Happens all the time. More often than they want you to hear about. Thats why they always murder the person. Our government in Texas is illegitimate. It is corrupt and has fixed the elections. |

Yes , no Licence shall be issued or required for life sustaining activities such as fishing for food . Fire for warmth as well is a right . Keep them close or they shall disappear with the whole woke generation. We have lakes and bayous in Texas where no law enforcement officer of any kind has ever been seen, by anyone. They hang around the reservoirs, but they dont go in the woods or the cypress swamps. Too easy to lose a body out there. Same with hunting, they stay out of private lands and stay out on the state owned road and wait for you to come out.. This is simply because there are MANY people here who will ambush them if they come after them, and they know it. This especially applies to private property where trespassing for the purposes of armed robbery is still considered a crime by many, even if you have a badge.. NO MATTER WHAT they are calling it. Imagine a governemnt that believes you should have to pay it rent on your own property and thinks it can come on that property any time to rob and/or murder you. That government needs "adjustments" |

People who are brought into a courtroom often give away their rights without knowing it. I dont believe in the freeman principal, but I DO believe in throwing sand in the gears of the machine. No LAWYER will ever tell you how to do this, he is an "officer of the court and believe it or not his job is to help them convict you. I just simply believe the governemnt is not in compliance with the contract it made with us, the Constitution. In other words in almost every case where an arrest has been made there are also several violations of the constitution. DOnt rely on a lawyer, do your research. |

I appreciate the reply, but I'm not really looking for a complete 10,000 word guide explaining everything. This is a little vague and while I do believe you, I'd love to hear just a terse explanation of what you're saying/doing to "beat it". Are you simply refusing to give your name/SS#/etc? Then waiting in jail till they let you out? Everyone can do their own research. I've been researching for 10+ years, so I've done plenty of homework and still do. But if you're willing to make time to reply with a fairly vague explanation, I'm hoping you'd be willing to help inform GLP with a little more detail. Especially if you're sharing first-hand lived experience. To summarize all this with a direct question: how exactly is someone supposed to just refuse to answer a judge & get off scott-free? |
SteamrolledGobias User ID: 79283317 United States 10/26/2021 11:33 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Also for the record I'm not doubting any of this. I've read into it and many parts make complete sense, especially the Incorporation Act passed in the 1800s What I'm questioning is how practical this is in the real world. I've yet to see a video of someone in court arguing this info & not getting fined or put in jail. I'm always open to entertaining ideas, always, but ideas become more practical when there's any kind of evidence that they really work (ie. courtroom videos, court documents/statements, court transcripts etc) |

WHY WOULD POLICE PULL SOMEONE OVER ON THEIR OWN PROPERTY? |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 81048950 United States 10/26/2021 11:46 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Th first thing a court will do is "arraign" you and try to get you to "plead". "Arraign" literally means to get you to engage them. Once you do, you have given the court authority over you. Stick it out and they have to prove their case without any cooperation from you, which is practically impossible since defendants have a right to an adequate defense even if they reject it. I did this in New York and they cut me loose a week after my "arraignment". Another thing, a court appointed attorney is an employee of the same court trying to convict you and it is a COMMERCIAL enterprise, not an ACTUAL criminal court , and he will help them ever single time. This is where the "maritime court" and "freeman" idea enters in, courts in the USA are the administration of maritime law, which technically you are not actually subject to the jurisdiction of UNLESS you agree to be. |

There are certain things an accused person must do before the court can prosecute him All he need do is say nothing Don't plead, dont confirm your identification, giving any information to the court, a cop or a lawyer is not required, see fourth ad fifth amendments. Dont sign anything, and keep your mouth shut and odds are inside of a month they will quietly dismiss the charges. THIS WILL NOT WORK ON ACTUAL CRIMES, but very few of the charges people have lodged against them involve actual crimes, the unlawful harm of others or their property.Almost all police interactions with citizens involve REVENUE GENERATION for their employers. In other words if you get a DUI, an "equipment violation" or a speeding ticket and just refuse to cooperate with their little game, they will drop the charges. "How do you plead?" >crickets< The requirement for a person to provide evidence or information to be used against himself to convict him or help the state convict him is not lawful. See 5th and 4th amendments |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 81048950 United States 10/26/2021 12:08 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Very often a judge will enter a plea of not guilty for a defendant who refuses to plead. I've had this done. AndI had the case dismissed based on a error of the court, a judge threatening me with jail on contempt charges then entering a plea for me. . This is actually judicial misconduct, since it is YOU who must plead and no one can plead in your place, and threatening you with jail for something that is a constitutionally protected right is extremely serious, it is technically extortion. |
