Is civil law a form of commercial law?
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 80496548 PRECISELY That's what it means. Think I got it! Civil law is commercial law. Is "municipality" law? (It's a bit different here) Only Supreme court is Criminal law? Municipal law involves policies and commercial codes designed to generate revenue for the "jurisdiction", and not criminal law.
