The 14th amendment says basically that all persons subject to the jurisdiction of the laws in this country are bound by the same laws, in exactly the same way. A cop speeding or brandishing weapons is just as guilty as you or I for doing it.
SO TECHNICALLY if a cop pulls a gun and points it at you and lethal force was not justified, that is an assault, with a deadly weapon, and it meets the criteria for what justifies the use of deadly force IN EVERY SINGLE STATE.
The police know this, this is why they NEVER let a cop killer live to see a trial. It is literally universal "police policy" to make sure a cop killer is never acquitted. e have had several cases here in Texas recently here people shot police and were acquitted by juries.

Now I always carry semi autos and am prepared to use them Just like I said if necessary none of my enemies will be left to talk, and anyone that witnessed anything won't talk around here. lol
