The laws not specifically mentioned in the constitution are
left to the states.

This is a dispute over states' rights; which we generally support.

The thread is veeering into flat earth territory and anarchism, which is psy-op land.
 Quoting: tamaracks 34769994

Why would you equate a demand for justice with "flat earth"?

That's why you fuckers push that shit isn't it?

To use against people like myself who call you on your horseshit.

How fuckin dare you try to slime me that way

Get fucked.

FYI, I dont think the earth is flat because I confirmed to myself with my own observations at a very early age that it is in fact a sphere. Have you?

If you havent how do you even know? Because you were TAUGHT it, just like you were taught BEFORE you reached the age of reason that god sacrificed his own son to himself and this caused him to forgive your sins.

You go through life believing a contradiction that if true justifies any kind of evil.

If you had never heard it until you were 12 or 14, you'd say get the fuck out of here with that crazy shit.

Like I did at age five.

That guy Floyd didnt actually do anything wrong.

I believe it is highly likely he got a counterfeit bill from Chauvin, thats why Chauvin killed him. Chauvin had money he cannot account for, and lots of it.
It is also possible Floyd got his smack from Chauvin.

Cops are the crookedest gang on the streets, and by far the deadliest.

Floyd and Chauvin both worked at the same sleazy stripper club and that part of it was totally concealed from the public.

Cops turn on the radio when they think you are filming them to prevent the video from being posted in Youtube, which will flag it for copyright violations

I forgot to mention that this criminal tyrant had stolen the phone out of my hand before he put the cuffs on and put me in the patrol car. I suppose he could have thought I had a another phone on me? Be he did search me.

I have no doubt that had I not gotten that call off I would have disappeared and been murdered perhaps thrown in a shallow grave somewhere.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 76625066

The car has a camera in the interior video taping your, along with audio and you can obtain that video through an FOIA demand. This is why they put the radio on, so if you do get any kind of video you cant publish it.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 81048950

I bet you anything that the camera in that car wasn't working or not turned on, I noticed that the entire time the police radio never had any communications coming though of any consequence and it was on, so this criminal tyrant never called in my arrest/detainment to dispatch.

I'm sure this guy was totally rogue and probably was looking to murder me and make me disappear. I figure when he away from the area of the patrol car he was on the phone with his criminal contact that was telling him what he could and couldn't do at that point.

I had already told my parents about the shady nature of the sheriff's dept where I live before this, and I have immediate family outside the state I live in as well.

Unfortunately I can't afford to move not enough money.

Cops often steal drugs and other valuables including counterfeit money from the evidence room.

Chauvins job at the stripper club gave him a good way to launder counterfeit money, and plenty of customers to sell dope to.

i think he might be right....

U.S. SUPREME COURT AND OTHER HIGH COURT CITATIONS PROVING THAT NO LICENSE IS NECESSARY FOR NORMAL USE OF AN AUTOMOBILE ON COMMON WAYS

“The right of a citizen to travel upon the public highways and to transport his property thereon, by horsedrawn carriage, wagon, or automobile, is not a mere privilege which may be permitted or prohibited at will, but a common right which he has under his right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Under this constitutional guaranty one may, therefore, under normal conditions, travel at his inclination along the public highways or in public places, and while conducting himself in an orderly and decent manner, neither interfering with nor disturbing another’s rights, he will be protected, not only in his person, but in his safe conduct.”

All legal theory hinges upon liability, injured parties, and restitution. It’s been upheld thousands of times, but dam commerce and code enforcement came in and hijacked most of the system. This can be done, but it will cost you 100 or more hours, harassment, and strict monitoring.

1. You must be absolutely clean, in every way..
2. You must have time on your hands they could have detained him for 4-24 hours depending on jurisdictions.
3. You have to absolutely know your stuff and navigate maritime commerce law as well as a federal judge with them screwing by issuing continuance and hour before your court date, etc.

Basically you can not live a normal life in any meaningful way and maintain sovereignty. Yes he is absolutely right but the cost the system forces on you to be right is too great for most people.

Just try fighting a camera light ticket which has twice been over turned at the Supreme Court. The city will screw with you until you give up there are cases ongoing from 5 plus years and they can move you up with a letter at any point then drop you back.

This DOES apply if you are in any state besides the one you have legal residence in.

The states have all made it a COMMERCIAL CODE REGULATION that a resident of the state must have a driver liscence, Insurance, and registration.

However, if you are charged with no license the judge has to throw it out because if you dont have a license you didn't contract with them to obey their commercial codes. What they do is tow and impound your car and extort the money out of you that way.

These commercial codes are nonenforceable in any other state.

And yes, I know what I am talking about through personal experience.

In fact, if you never get a driver license or allow it to lapse, you can beat any no insurance , no registration, equipment violation, or no operators license citation.

You contract with the state , a commercial contract, when you sign that license and that gives them their right to extract their pound of flesh from you.

Everything we do is so restricted and there are costs that shouldn't be there.

A person should be able to buy a car and drive.

They should be able to buy a plot of land and build a house and live in it, but we have to pay fees, taxes and insurance, and they have made it customary to where people take out loans where they end up paying several times the amount of the house in interest.

It's all a racket. Our society is currently based on a small group of people who live to extort every bit of money they can from the people.

So, your saying your rights are too much effort to keep?
Why even have a car if your too scared and lazy to use it.

"The city will screw with you until you give up..." - That's 'abuse of office'. It's a crime.
You've lost everything when the people around you are that corrupt.

Around here they will kill you if you make trouble for them or threaten to expose their schemes

You have to weigh your thirst for justice against the desire to stay above ground and breathing.

Or, you could do like I do and target them covertly.

I heard in Mexico, a decade or so ago, that one neighborhood was so fed-up with the corruption that they made a pact to go out once every night and kill a cop or some official.

It sucks when there's no law.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78063540

I dont know how or why but since the virus lockdown the police around here backed way off and pretty much dissapeared.
You hardly ever see them any more, and you NEVER see a car pulled over any more. East Texas.

Most of them find a place to hide and wait out their shifts. I have seen them sitting in parking lots like walmart, just sitting there.

Our society is currently based on a small group of people who live to extort every bit of money they can from the people.

mandatory insurance of any kind is unconstitutional

Its a goddamned shame when a person has to decide whether his kids eat or to pay the state their extortion.

Thats time for a fucking revolution

Black's Law is the standard for almost every nation.
This guy did a great job articulating his stance and not falling for their traps. The cops tried trapping him a dozen or more times, but he wouldn't have it.

Good job.

i think he might be right....

If you see the police as your defenders and feel safer having them than not, YOU are part of he problem

Because they dont serve or protect me.

Here's a hypothetical situation I like to brng up when cops are around spouting their shit about how they are heroes protecting the community from criminals.
.
Let's suppose two calls come in back to back to 911, one is an armed intruder raping a child on the low rent side of town, and the other call is a bank robbery.

Where do the police go?

ALL OF THEM?

The answer to that question should piss you off, but you just take it for granted thats how it is.

Why do the police chase a shoplifter at 130 mph down public roadways and residential neighborhoods?

Is that shoplifter that much of a danger to justify that?

Fuck no. They do it because their policy is submit or die, and most of us have just taken that for granted. Even more disturbing is how many approve of it..

A psychologist cannot tell the difference between a cop and a violent criminal unless he is told which is which. Their psyche profiles are nearly identical.

This is exactly why police and criminals seem to understand and respect each other much better than I understand either.

The one thing a cop hates more than ANYTHING is a man like me who ISNT a criminal and who they CANT catch doing anything wrong, but who thumbs his nose at their non existent authority over him. In the past they'd just jack you up and beat the shit out of you, but the cameras are changing everything
