I was on the local radio stations this morning and through the afternoon. There is more to the story, enough to create doubt about the incident. He may have raped her, but the fact she voluntarily whored out to him two times in the same location blurs the lines. i may be reaching but here i go. she is stating that he is basically creating a frivolous lawsuit, which he wasn't...so yeah defamation. Also, if she were to be called to a be a juror and accepted the seat we know she already has bias based on her thinking the lawsuit was frivolous.

The father was called to the school to pick up his daughter. They said an “incident” happened

The daughter told her father she had been violated

The FATHER asked when police were arriving

The school did not call police (in violation of state laws when sexual assault is claimed )

The FATHER called 911 right there and arranged for police to meet them at the emergency room - where doctors testified she had been forceably
Violated and took physical evidence

The schools plan was to just send her home and cover it all up

It's sad really.

It's funny they tried defending the "male" saying they think the female made up being raped. So I guess when he did the same thing at another school that was all made up too. Anything to protect these predators in skirts. This makes me sick, if it was my daughter I would have caught alot more charges than her father, then again he never saw the freak face to face, maybe he would have killed him. If the father did kill that rapist I would be that 1 juror who would not vote guilty, if the rest wanted to put him away I would hang the jury on purpose with zero fu*ks givin.

I live in Loudoun County and blame the kid’s parents and the school for this this travesty, just as much as the kid.

My son graduated from the same high school 9 years ago and this BS would not have bern covered up back then.

Out in 3 months, community hours and they will blame it on 'gender confusion'.
