Clouseau 12/08/2005 10:18 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Extreme weirdness: [link to www.paranormalnews.com] LITTLETON -- On September 6, 2004, a ghostlike object passed almost directly overhead from northwest to southeast at 10:05 PM, covering an arc distance of 50 degrees in five seconds at high altitude. The most notable feature of this object was its ghostlike nature. It appeared similar to a telescopic view of a nebula and had a diameter of about half that of the lunar/solar disk. It was very faint but distinct. I was enjoying the crystal clear dark sky and was looking straight up as it passed across my line of sight. I followed it until I lost sight of it to the southeast at about 45 degrees elevation. It was not a meteor and was not brilliant like a fireball. It was a diffuse, ghostly object that swiftly passed overhead. Thanks to Peter Davenport Director www.UFOCenter.com |
Clouseau 12/08/2005 10:18 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | The light pattern of this object matches a lot of the descriptions given for twinklers. Perhaps this is what they are???: Kentucky - Flying Triangle JACKSON -- At 9 PM, on September 6, 2004, a triangular object was seen with a bright white light, plus red and blue flashing lights The white flashing light was more brilliant than the other two lights. The witness reported that, "One of the objects seemed to be closer than the object on the right but both objects were stationary, and not moving." They hovered in the southwestern sky for a few hours. I watched them for three hours then got bored and went to bed. At one point, a third object joined the two and as suddenly as it appeared, took off to the west at an incredible speed. The reason I thought the object to be triangular was because the lights did not rotate in a circle. Thanks to Peter Davenport www.UFOCenter.com |

Anonymous Coward 12/08/2005 10:18 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Phoenix Arizona Orbs Close To Aircraft Video Clips Location: Phoenix, Arizona Date: October 15, 2004 Time: Two video clips - (5:10 p.m. & 5:12 p.m.) The clips I am sending you are ok but somewhat interesting anyway. I noticed the chemtrail activity has picked up again in the last 2 days and so have the sightings. The chemtrails and the sightings go hand in hand as we all know but I did catch 2 orbs flying next to each other and two other orbs a few minutes later coming from the opposite direction. The first set of orbs were casually gliding across the sky but in a straight line towards the North. As they passed overhead an airplane flies right between them as you can see (barely) on the clip. I have several clips where there are orbs flying right next to planes and this time there were two of them. About five minutes later a plane comes from another direction and another set of orbs did the same thing. Thatīs interesting no matter what anyone says. These werenīt balloons of any kind because they moved in a perfectly straight line South to North and didnīt change the distance between each other the whole time I saw them which was about 10 minutes. The winds that day were heading East and the objects were approximately 7-10K ft.high. I thought this was an interesting sighting only because the planes go between these two sets of orbs two different directions minutes apart. Thank you to the gentleman for all of the clips and report. Video clip and pictures are Đ2004RichG. Clouseau 12/08/2005 10:18 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Original headline: Visitors landing in Tinley Park? UFO network interviewing people who claim to have seen something strange in the Southland sky Investigators from a UFO network are interviewing people who claims to have seen an unusual aircraft flying over the Southland this summer. More than a dozen people reported to the National UFO Reporting Center at www.nuforc.org that they saw strange lights above Tinley Park, Orland Park and Matteson on Aug. 21. The sightings have a featured spot on the Web site. David Schultz, a self-described skeptic, said heīs not sure what he saw, but he knows heīs never seen anything like it before. About 10 p.m., the Chicago man was outside a restaurant on Oak Park Avenue in Tinley Park when he noticed four red lights in the sky. "Each light had two separate lights that were really close together," he said. "They moved very slowly, and then they just stopped." Schultz said he heard no noise, like one would associate with an airplane flying overhead. Then, one by one, the lights went out. "I just figured they were satellites or something," he said. Schultz said he didnīt think much of the incident until he saw reports on the Internet from people who had seen the same thing. "People all over that town had to have seen it," he said. Samuel Maranto, an investigator with the Mutual UFO Network, an international UFO reporting group, said he has heard from many people who saw the lights and wondered what they were. "It was seen over quite a bit of the southwest region," he said. Most accounts on the Web site describe three red lights, but other details differ. Some say the lights moved or changed formation, and some say they stayed still. Maranto, who has an office at Orland Square mall, said one person provided a video of the incident. "It was a large, triangular craft," he said. "Another object came in and displayed lights that were spinning around and disappeared. I believe that object went into the larger object." Maranto said heīs not convinced what he saw was extraterrestrial, but heīs not ruling out the possibility. "When we see this kind of thing, we have to say, is it ours or is it theirs?" he said. Maranto has been interviewing witnesses since the incident and making calculations based on their accounts to determine the shape, height and size of the object. When investigating sightings such as this one, Maranto said he takes into account the color and shape of lights, the sounds and the area in which it was spotted. From certain angles, even a passenger jetīs lights could look highly unusual, he said. With all factors taken into account, Maranto said, he determines whether the witness has seen a conventional aircraft or something else. Every sighting must be approached with skepticism, he said. "You have to take everybodyīs word as a lie and let it prove out," he said. "Itīs just lights in the sky until we can prove otherwise." Tinley Park resident Chris King witnessed the lights in the sky while at a block party in Brookside Glen. He believes the lights came from some sort of experimental airplane, he said. King who is the Tinley Park village engineer says he also saw three red lights moving slowly, but said that when they turned, they took on the appearance of an airplane. "You could hear the engines," he said. "Iīm 99 percent sure these were experimental airplanes." Because of the wide area in which the lights were seen, combined with the formation in which they were seen, Maranto said heīs certain it wasnīt a conventional airplane or blimp, but he believes it could have been an experimental man-made aircraft. "We may never know (what it was)," he said. "But we know what was there was a non-conventional source." Tinley Park Police Chief Mike OīConnell said he has heard from a few residents who saw the lights but concluded that they had seen an airplane. "We checked with the FAA, and they said they hadnīt heard anything," he said. Maranto is planning a meeting this week with witnesses to the lights over Tinley Park.
