Kyle Rittenhouse Trial Live - Day 4

So after all that. The only thing the prosecutor has come up with is that Rosembaum was moving forward while trying to grab Kyle's weapon. What happens when a person tries to go for an officers weapon and gets shot. Same basic concept. The prosecutor was trying to make it seem the Rosembaum was already falling when he was shot, but doesn't address the fact he tried to grab Kyle's weapon.

Conveniently skated around the fact that a shot was fired just prior to Rosembaum grabbing for Kyle's weapon. So far nothing has refuted the defense of self defense. This prosecutor is wasting many of the jurors time with his nonsense

isnt that called badgering the wittiness why didnt the defense argue this?

It would have seemed an objection was in order. But maybe the defense felt the prosecutor was doing a fine job of digging himself a deep hole.

i thought the same thing about an objection, but this is the state's witness and he was doing a fine job of arguing with the state, so why roll the dice with an objection. it almost looked like the state was trying to discredit its own witness at one point when binger was debating the "falling" comment from tucker carlson.

I still question why they assigned this case to Binger. With something so in the public eye, why didn't the DA oversee this directly.

Maybe the DA didn't want to lose a case in the Public eye. So he put Binger in there so they can blame him.

My best guess is they knew Kyle was going to walk? Or they will use Binger as an excuse? The judge seems pretty based. I can’t figure any of this out.

The prosecutor is garbage. The witness is pretty great!

Hasn't this prosecutor been over this line of questioning already? I think it's clear what happened at this point, but he seems to be looing for another answer but asking the same person. Seems he is grasping at straws and trying to twist what the witness has testified to. Makes little sense.

How do you know for sure that Rosenbaum was going for the defendant's gun?
