BREAKING - Federal Court of Appeals just FREEZED Biden’s vaccine mandate

This sounds good, but it also makes me suspicious. I really hope I'm wrong, but I can't help but wonder if this is being done on purpose.

The issue of vax mandates will now be sent to the USSC. Do you trust that they'll make a ruling that'll be in our best interest? I sure don't.

They've already rejected a religious challenge to a vax mandate brought by healthcare workers in Maine. They also ruled in favor of an Indiana university's mandate that cancelled unvaxxed students' registrations and fired unvaxxed employees who lacked exemptions.

It's in God's hands, and maybe this will turn out for the best, but it's something to watch for sure.

What about federal employees and contractors. This fight isn’t over. We are all human. OSHA needs to be investigated heavily to make sure they have not been bribed, threatened. Is there one place in this government that isn’t corrupt AF. They are all liars, cheats. Biden is the worst President in History. We can not forget he Bomber 10 civilians in Afghanistan. 7 children died. WE NEED HIM TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE!

Biden issued the mandate several months ago and now that tens of millions of people have submitted to the vax a court finally steps in?

The democrats had a judge on the ready to strike down everything Trump did sometimes within hours.

They didn't use laws they used the tenth amendment of the Bill of Rights, what do they not understand about the word Infringement, you can not infringe on the rights of the people. Now, go look at their rights and what is written in the constitution, they have only set rights and no more, they have infringed on state rights and others they don't have a right to, this is both the congress and the executive and at some points the judicial branches of government.

Follow a set constitution and no it is not living it is set to live forever unchanging without the State saying a change can be done. If any law or treaty is passed that infringes not only on our Bill of Rights or our Constitutional laws it is to be seen as null and void, per the constitution. The Supreme court cannot rewrite the founder's words because they were plain and simple. It was voted on by the people and their states at the time of the founding of our REPUBLIC never to be seen as A DEMOCRACY of any kind which is top-down and ruling over the people, Republic of the People is bottom-up. Do you understand todays' problem?

The founding of our country before and after the revolution is online and in libraries all around the country. The confederation papers are still in force not done away with; every state had to sign them. Any area or new group wanting to be a state has to sign the confederacy papers, it is a contract between the states of a union together yet separate, with what the people set for their constitutions and laws of their states, except the two things, it had to be a republic form of state and the Bill of Rights had to be signed, for it a reminder of what state government is allowed and all others are set by the people. Those in the Bill of Rights are all a reminder of our control and their place in working in our government. If they don't want to obey the constitution then leave and move to another country if they will have you.

How can you go to court when something is not enacted? Day after they put in the rule they went to court about it.

The federal mandate has already lost in court if this is what you're thinking?

Last time I looked, we lived in a constitutional Republic which was set up with rules for enacting laws...

.we are 20 months into an "emergency" plenty of time for each state to enact its own laws...

The federal government is our weakest government with real power, let's keep it that way.

Doesn't matter what they think, it can't be enacted. And SC has said it won't hear merits yet but Robert Barnes didn't see a loss in the SC earlier. He said the Republican and Democrat split was predictable and the other group said it was too soon to hear the merits, but implied they would be standing with the republican, so it is only a matter of time until this is ended.



What this matters for: IS THE BUSINESSES. Because it was never law, just a directive and opinion of the president wanting the correct group to draft up a mandate, but they didn't, kept dragging their heals because its NOT legal, and even this current one, which is a testing mandate, you can get tested to avoid the vaxx, isn't legal.


But the businesses have fired people, have violated federal and state laws, have put people on unpaid leaves, ie constructive firing, AND THEY'RE GOING TO BE HOLDING THE BAG.

Though Robert Barnes said they listened to corrupt corporate lawyers who encouraged them to break the law, not informing them of the law, manipulating their understanding, because most of them work for Big Pharma.....

Law actually matters and having good lawyers on the job, actually matters.

He said he would gladly take on some of the corporations against the corporate lawyers and this is malpractice!



This is only a matter of time and alot of businesses who didn't immediately offer thoroughly robust religious, read strongly held moral beliefs, without any questions asked, and that gives every person and child in the country an easy out, without punishment different wages, or any punitive actions at all, any businesses that didn't do that are going to be broke. And corporate lawyers too.

Tell a court how many times the CDC has CRIMINALLY falsified numbers to seem like this is WAY worse than it really is....

Not even once did they rule that. They didn't take the case up yet, its too soon. Robert Barnes spoke clearly about what the SC did. They never ruled on the mandates or merits yet. The last one, they said it was too soon. They are expecting states to handle this, and they also prefer legislation to protect people. But, implied they would be hearing the merits in the last ruling.

You guys don't understand legally what the SC did. First time they didn't hear it. Second time they heard it in part, and the ruling was it wasn't time yet for them to hear the merits, which implied there was a time when they would and the split was predictable and yet Kavanagh, Roberts and Barrett are republican picks.
