There was a delivery scheduled for today which I am still waiting for. FedEx now delivers in what they laughingly call "Smart Post" to the USPS. The USPS in turn is supposed to deliver to me. I look up the package online and supposedly it was delivered but unfortunately not to me. The package is not trackable because it no longer is in the hands of FEDEX and the Post Office did not assign it a new number. I am waiting for morning to see what the post office says, that is if the phone call is picked up. Why is it we are paying for Fedex delivery and they are getting the USPS to deliver. Had I wanted it delivered by the postal service I would have asked for this. |

My first experience with Fedex was when I ordered Invigo, the Indian herbal viagra. The Herbz team said they would ship the product in 5-6 days and I thought it wouldn’t be possible to do that especially as they are from India. But within 24 hours after ordering, they gave me a fedex reference number and I could track it online. I got a call that there was a shipment from india to be delivered at my place and the Fedex agent wanted to know the time when I would be available. I got the package delivered on time as promised. I am very impressed with their service and efficiency. I was so sure about their service that i asked Invigo to be sent by Fedex for all the subsequent orders. Way to go Fedex. FEDEX is a reflection of yourself. Quoting: timexIf you had not been so corrupt within, FEDEX would not be so corrupt within. You chose their service because you both vibrated on the same frequency and therefor the end result was of both your doings. Forget the pass and move forward. Holding on to material items will only continue your suffering. Forgive FEDEX and move forward. You'll be a better person from this experience. Now it is my fault that FEDEX is a shit? yeah, maybe. However I put a lot of effort to cleanise it and talked with lots of managers in USA and Russia, talked to customs, talked to people in Russian government and made them to recover all the parcels that they were claiming to be lost. They finaly said that they did everything and promised to deliver it this week. Still waiting for this to happen. I am not of a kind who will just let myself to be ripped off by corrupt reality. I still think FEDEX is a shit as they let it happen and were treating me like I am an empty place - this is their main problem. I hope though that they are on the path to change themselves. |

The rest were shipment charges and transaction fees. I was a receiver of the item. I collect timex watches. The item was insured up to its value. I found that as a receiver I have absolutly no control over items destiny and FedEx wont cooperate with in any possible way. In russian customer service they were just telling me that they don't have any information at all, and in USA customer service they just gave me endless apologies and promises to help, but that is all. Why I chose FedEX in the first place ??? Some years ago they were delivering me paychecks to my door. I thought they are still fine with delivery. But it turned out that they are just a pile of horse shit. Are you sure you weren't ripped off by the seller? Maybe the reason Fedex doesn't have any records is because the seller never shipped it. I've never had any trouble with them...I don't ship often, but have shipped some valuable stuff, including gold coins. |
