I think you are confused or misunderstanding me. No not at all. That is the opposite of what I'm saying. By all means I'm on the side of defending your town. Legality is another question I suppose. And I think Kyle was within those legalities if that's what you are trying to point out. He went there not looking for trouble, but to do what he could. Shit happened... by scum with prior records which is basically all of these antifa/blm folk and he didn't back down.

In my opinion it’s still highly speculative and the fact that they wouldn’t call the witness proves to me it never happened.

Hold up a second, guys. I have followed this from the beginning, and I did watch most of the trial, except for today because I'm trying to move. Anyway, I've followed close enough to have a valid opinion (in your eyes).

I 100% agree with Trin. My son at that age would NEVER have been allowed to go to that riot in the first place. It's. A. RIOT. Kyle had no business being there. He did want to help. I understand that and I agree he's a good kid. But he is a kid. He should not have been there in the first place and he certainly shouldn't have had that gun.

That said, he 100% acted in self defense. I don't think for one second this kid is a murderer. I just believe he never should have been there and this would have been avoided entirely.

He did lie. So why not call ziminski? Can the defense not do this? His gun was out. They lied.

Put the FBI agent on the stand and let’s roast these traitors.

He is a hero. I agree with this too. He did what had to be done in a very scary situation and used a calm head and precision the whole time. He didn't harm a soul that wasn't a fatal threat to him. It was a horrible situation for him to go through and he handled it better than most adults. We are fortunate it went that way for him.

Nonetheless, he shouldn't have been there. I want him to be found not guilty for the murder charges. I would be okay with it if they give him some misdemeanor charge for having the gun or breaking curfew. Time served. Good day.

That's a good point. The rioters shouldn't have been there. The adults in charge should never have allowed this riot in the first place. I didn't mention that because I thought it was quite evident and I also didn't feel like typing out a novel. I'm busy lately anyway. I understand he felt that no one was stopping this destruction and felt the need to help. He still shouldn't have been there.

I understand what you are saying.. I really do. But just because he took it upon himself to go (I don't think he asked mommy if he could go)... He is at fault for what happened after the fact. Pinpoint any circumstance where he overstepped or was out of line. He went as a 17 year old kid to help his town and got pushed by the most disgusting thugs to the point where he had to take a life (well 2, but I don't think either were the most upstanding citizens so does it even matter?). So what is your point here?

I should clarify that I don't believe he is responsible for those deaths. I am saying he shouldn't have been there, but he 100% had the right to defend himself in the situation he found himself.

There’s a huge push right now to continue pounding this “he shouldnt have been there” so that on Monday the prosecutor can ram through provocation.

Would it change if the gun was purchased legally and he was 21? Or 40? Or a veteran?
