I haven't been following this very closely but my take on it is, the kid went looking for trouble and found some but it was clearly self defense regardless.

Those guys were trying to kill him, he was within his rights to use lethal force to defend himself but honestly he shouldn't have been there in the first place toting an assault rifle, looking for trouble.

Yep... That's the problem. Too many fucking opinions by idiots that only halfway pay attention and have no balls. The kid was only doing what he thought was right. His father lived in that town. He didn't want to see it burned to the fucking ground by scum that were coming there. Went to do what he could. Got fucked with by said retards to the point where the only thing he felt like he could do was what he did. It shouldn't even be a question. To say that these fucking idiots deserved anything other than shot by someone is crazy. Kyle is a hero no matter what the outcome of this trial. Hell I wish there were a billion more Kyle's in this country.

I think you are confused or misunderstanding me. No not at all. That is the opposite of what I'm saying. By all means I'm on the side of defending your town. Legality is another question I suppose. And I think Kyle was within those legalities if that's what you are trying to point out. He went there not looking for trouble, but to do what he could. Shit happened... by scum with prior records which is basically all of these antifa/blm folk and he didn't back down.

Quote whatever scripture you want.... If you are trying to stand up for the people attacking Kyle you have no defense biblically. You are just insane if you think that you should lie down and die to these disgusting people who will burn and loot and murder in your town. He had every reason to do what he did.

BREAKING: FBI infrared video proves Kyle’s arm is pointing at Ziminskis, not rifle. Binger lied.

Rifles are not the same temperature as a human body

Now we know why the FBI withheld this evidence for 14 months

Here is one more video. #KyleRittenhouse appears to have been walking back as he was approached by an armed Ziminski. Judge Schroeder asked if you could see Ziminski’s gun earlier. You certainly can here!

With the FLIR IR footage as well, there’s no evidence Kyle rose his rifle.

Probably the reason for FBI not providing the video beforehand -- so there wouldn't be time to analyze it. How dumb.

CORRECTION: The prosecutor received an email that the JUDGE knew someone on the jury.

Begins at 3:39:15

[link to www.youtube.com (secure)]
 Quoting: ~Jazz~

Ok that adds clarity. It looks to me like people may be texting or emailing the fatty prosecutor with allegation of the judge knowing someone on the jury to make the judge look bad, but the judge sure seemed to think it was just funny.
 Quoting: Don Draper from Nantucket

Yep. Trying to incriminate the Judge.
 Quoting: ~Jazz~

That's not what he said.. he said he received a screenshot from someone that knows some/someone of/on the jury. Listen to it again. He said he sent the email to the Judge and to the defense .
 Quoting: ThumbsUp

Well that’s cryptic.

KABOOM BOMBSHELL.

In my opinion it’s still highly speculative and the fact that they wouldn’t call the witness proves to me it never happened.

If it happened, they would have called the witness. There’s no reason not too.

But thank you for the journalism.

It honestly saddens me to see that we have to have definitive proof (which we even have in this case!!!!!). You would have to be deaf, dumb, and blind to see this any other way. The media has painted this kid as a white supremacist, biggot, etc etc.. For fucks sake... wake the fuck up and see that the media is the real enemy. Just stop. There's nothing here to make into a political persecution. The 2 guys he killed were white... disgusting fucking pedophile criminals at that... and here we are trying to make this kid into a criminal/white supremacist. Wtf is wrong with you. Just please.. have a fucking brain and do your research people. Instead of trying to get like on twitter or whatever. This is a hero. Stop.

Hold up a second, guys. I have followed this from the beginning, and I did watch most of the trial, except for today because I'm trying to move. Anyway, I've followed close enough to have a valid opinion (in your eyes).

I 100% agree with Trin. My son at that age would NEVER have been allowed to go to that riot in the first place. It's. A. RIOT. Kyle had no business being there. He did want to help. I understand that and I agree he's a good kid. But he is a kid. He should not have been there in the first place and he certainly shouldn't have had that gun.

That said, he 100% acted in self defense. I don't think for one second this kid is a murderer. I just believe he never should have been there and this would have been avoided entirely.

I have a question. How can you mention Kyle not supposed to be there without saying the rioters shouldn’t have been there.

It’s cause and effect. You’re saying the reaction shouldn’t have occurred. But you don’t examine the action at all.

Kyle would have never been there if the rioters were not there correct?

So why not say, “the rioters shouldn’t have been there”?

You’re focusing on a reaction and failing to observe or acknowledge the action that caused it.

Not normal.

He is a hero. I agree with this too. He did what had to be done in a very scary situation and used a calm head and precision the whole time. He didn't harm a soul that wasn't a fatal threat to him. It was a horrible situation for him to go through and he handled it better than most adults. We are fortunate it went that way for him.

Nonetheless, he shouldn't have been there. I want him to be found not guilty for the murder charges. I would be okay with it if they give him some misdemeanor charge for having the gun or breaking curfew. Time served. Good day.

That's a good point. The rioters shouldn't have been there. The adults in charge should never have allowed this riot in the first place. I didn't mention that because I thought it was quite evident and I also didn't feel like typing out a novel. I'm busy lately anyway. I understand he felt that no one was stopping this destruction and felt the need to help. He still shouldn't have been there.

I understand what you are saying.. I really do. But just because he took it upon himself to go (I don't think he asked mommy if he could go)... He is at fault for what happened after the fact. Pinpoint any circumstance where he overstepped or was out of line. He went as a 17 year old kid to help his town and got pushed by the most disgusting thugs to the point where he had to take a life (well 2, but I don't think either were the most upstanding citizens so does it even matter?). So what is your point here?

I understand what you are saying.. I really do. But just because he took it upon himself to go (I don't think he asked mommy if he could go)... He is at fault for what happened after the fact. Pinpoint any circumstance where he overstepped or was out of line. He went as a 17 year old kid to help his town and got pushed by the most disgusting thugs to the point where he had to take a life. So what is your point here?
 Quoting: Veso

I should clarify that I don't believe he is responsible for those deaths. I am saying he shouldn't have been there, but he 100% had the right to defend himself in the situation he found himself.

There is another theory mentioned, which states that this has already happened.

Re: Kyle Rittenhouse Trial Friday Day 10 - Motions and Jury Instructions
There’s a huge push right now to continue pounding this “he shouldnt have been there” so that on Monday the prosecutor can ram through provocation.

It’s obvious.

But what law was he breaking by being there? Having a gun?

Would it change if the gun was purchased legally and he was 21? Or 40? Or a veteran?

He has, in my opinion, every right to be there.

If he he would have provoked anyone I’d be saying something else. But everything I’ve seen hasn’t shown a single instance of him doing anything illegal.

It seems to me the argument and the overall sentiment is that, we should just not do anything, and watch them burn down the country.

He was there, and it happened. Is he guilty of murder or was it self defense.

But why shouldn't he have been? His father lives in that town. It's not that he had no reason to go and protect it. Would you... as a mother or father.. not want your son to look out for you? I really don't get your argument here.

Quote below from video OP in comments section.

UPDATE: I just spoke with defense attorney Chirafisi and this video has been sent to him. Hopefully they use the information therein.

Well I guess we know now why they didn’t call the witness….
 Quoting: NeroAxia

So why didn't defense send a subpoena him then? I don't get it. He was talked about all through trial you would think defense would want him on the stand?
