It was not, and yes both sides of rested. No new evidence, closing starts on Monday. This seemed to surface at just the right time, can't be used but FBI was in possession so it was released after the fact. Complete BS.

I hope he[Prosecutor] never works again in any legal setting. Prosecutors, like other attorneys, must adhere to the standards of professional conduct that exist in the state where they practice. Every state has a disciplinary system under which lawyers can be punished for violating ethical standards. Some acts of prosecutorial misconduct, apart from leading to reversals of convictions, can constitute ethical violations and thus subject the prosecutor to disciplinary action by the state bar authority!

How it works is, they whip up groups like BLM / ANTIFA so that the JURY / JUDGE etc,,, fear mass carnage unless HE IS FOUND GUILTY. This worked in the Malice Greene case in Detroit; they jailed the cops for fear of mass spread violence.
