Little info on Rosenbaum, the hero Binger referred to, while we wait…..


Joseph Rosenbaum was charged by a grand jury with 11 counts of child molestation and inappropriate sexual activity around children, including anal rape. The victims were five boys ranging in age from nine to 11 years old.


He was on the Wisconsin sex offender registry for an Arizona offense (he no longer appears on it because he’s deceased). That’s the child molestation case.

The 11 charges were amended in a plea deal, and Rosenbaum was convicted of amended counts. According to online court records, Rosenbaum was sentenced to 10 years on Dec. 12, 2002 for sexual contact of a minor, and then sentenced to 2 years, 6 months for sexual contact of a minor related to the same 2002 incident.

Rosenbaum was convicted on Aug 8, 2016 for interfering with a monitoring device.

He was put on lifetime probation on Dec. 16, 2002.

However, The court was asked to revoke his program after he was accused of consuming synthetic cannabinoid and alcohol, failing to participate in sex offender treatment, and having accessed sexually oriented materials deemed inappropriate by the probation officer.

If you have not paid attention, everything that has happened over the last couple of years shows the system is officially broken.

Not guilty is a longshot bet. Going to be HUGE if it happens.

Even though this is open and shut to anyone with a fair perspective, I hope they take at least 1-2 days to show they have fleshed it out and given it proper consideration. The jurors on Chauvin's case said they had 4 hours total deliberations (and would have decided within 20 minutes were it not for 1 holdout). I would expect an acquittal to be by a jury with more respect for the fact that 2 people died (including 1 from a mistaken impression about the threat) and a young adults life is on the line. I don't want it to look as bad as the Chauvin jury.

When will the blacks realize that all the black "sympathizers" are really being so offensive to the black community. They act like blacks can't handle life without special interventions from whites. It's baffling that nobody has become outraged by THAT. I would be pissed if people were acting like the "poor whites" should receive pity for their sad and pathetic lives.

The other aspect is that the jury had to see his mother crying as her son was drilled by the ADA cruelly.

That would have to pull on their heart strings assuming at least some of them are mothers.

There's few things more powerful than a mother's desire to protect their children.

OK, I just got back from topping off the gas in my Jeep. Across the street was a huge rv ...Name of my town and the following....Fire and Police mobile Unit. Last time I saw that was last summer...two days before the riots.

It has to be unanimous. Anything else results in what we call a "hung jury." If that happens, the prosecution may try the case again or give up.

Everyone has to agree. The judge will direct them to continue deliberating a few times after they say they can't agree and after that if they still can't it will be a hung jury. Then it's up to the DA to pursue another trial.

According to some website called Civiq, BLM support has been dropping and currently 53% of white people oppose versus 35% who support. However, 61% of white males oppose it versus 46% of women. More than 2 in 3 while males oppose it, but it is closer to 1 in 2 white women. Statistically, just going by those numbers, more women are going to be likely to convict Kyle due to their sympathies and biases with BLM.

This could explain why the defense included the lesser charges. If it is a hung jury the the prosecution can re charge him but according to "double Jeopardy" law l, you can be charge with the same crime more than once. What is left for the state to charge him if it is declared a mistrial?
