Why is the Sun so bright!? | |

I'd like to know when that beautiful golden sun disappeared and was replaced by the white spotlight we see daily. I remember the yellow sun. It was nice. I remember when I was a kid the summers being awash in yellowish light. (And I remember it because in the 80's they had these kids sun glasses that could amplify the color yellow, meant to make yellow flowers and stuff stand out, but kids soon figured out it on sunny days it would actually make the sun light stand out and you realized how yellow the light actually was). It was soothing, nice. You could spend time outdoors and not be bothered by the light. Since the sun changed, its been very different. The sun is too bright, too annoying. Its not very inviting. Its irritating and makes you not want to spent too much time outside. Everything is now awash in bright white and bluish light. |

I lived on a farm, and farmers pay attention to the weather, the sun, everything environmental, because its their livelihoods. And I know for a fact that the sun began to change around 1997-1998 and completed its change in 1999-2000. We had some very tall trees, and in 1999 they began getting burned (light burned) on the top. The leaves and growth on the tops were very burned. It impacted the tallest trees first. Then over a period of a few years they just kept getting more and more damaged. |

Remember how smoggy Los Angeles, Chicago, New York and Denver used to be. Coal fired electric power plants in every big city chugging black smoke from smokestacks, buses used to belch smoke from exhaust pipes, etc., etc...
