Yes, Orions and Sirians reside in the 3rd dimension. We actually exist within 7 dimensions at once ourselves. Most souled beings are multi-dimensional.

The Orion and Sirian men are descendants of the first Adam and Eve, after the Draco attack the Lyra system where the first humans lived and destroyed the original homeworld of humanity.
