Another person with a history of violent criminal behavior that someone allowed out on bail for 1K cash bond. The only people who don't get out on bail immediately are those who actually protested at the Jan 6th Capitol event & they are held without bail, or someone without a criminal record who shoots in self defense. Then, the bail is in the millions.
