I heard this last night too, but I highly doubt this is the case. Dude was a hardcore violent criminal gangbanger who lives In the hood of Milwaukee. Waukesha is in the burbs a good 25-30 minutes from where these hoodlums roam. The hood violence never spreads to burbs, it's aleays contained in city of Milwaukee. I highly doubt he stabbed someone in waukesha and immediately fled, and in stroke of bad luck was caught in middle of an xmas parade. Fake news!
