Waukesha parade attack: Video captures moment Darrell Brooks is arrested, A CHILD HAS DIED, 6 victims now

The T-shirt-clad suspect is seen shivering outside the house, which is located about a half-mile from the parade route, and knocking on the door just after 5 p.m. Sunday, about 20 minutes after he allegedly plowed into the crowd.

“I called an Uber and I’m supposed to be waiting for it over here, but I don’t know when it’s coming,” he is heard telling resident Daniel Rider, according to NBC News.

“Can you call it for me please? I’m homeless,” he adds.

Rider told the news outlet he had been on a hunting trip and was watching a football game at the time of the incident, so he was unaware about what had just happened nearby.

The resident told NBC News that he invited Brooks inside, gave him a jacket, made him a sandwich and let him use his phone.

“All of a sudden, I look outside my street and I see a few cop cars drive by and I’m getting extra nervous,” he said, adding that he then asked his guest to leave.

He was running from an earlier domestic violence incident so maybe he had no shoes on when he left her.

I would have guessed any neighbor who let him in would be held hostage , but Brooks complied when asked to leave, that surprises me.

I listened to the scanner for 4 hours while it was game on .

One noticeable thing was that the cops went to a secure channel " 3 " for tactical reports while they frantically searched for the 2 men on the run .

Many reports came in that black men were trying to get into housess and looking in windows .

The cops issued a STAY INSIDE reverse 911 broadcast to inform the resisdents in the immediate area .

AND -- THE ELECTRIC POWER WAS CUT OFF IN THE VILLAGE/TOWN for the 1st fucking hour after the event .

How is that fucking possible .

The cops called in to get POWER to street lights on main street .

THEN - SUDDENLY - ALL THE POWER WENT OF FOR BLOCKS AND BLOCKS - NO LIGHT at all outside other than COPS flashlights .



THAT alone is a WTF moment .
