I once had a roommate that liked to make care packages then drive around the city handing them out to the needy during the holidays.

Being from Southern California I didn't realize that some people making six figure salaries took the bus in the DC burbs.

So I tried to give a care package to a guy at the bus stop and he was rather offended. He was wearing a suit, but I felt so bad that he had to take the bus I wanted to give him one. He told me to "Get lost", :(
