If I was holding someone at gunpoint, and they attacked me to take the gun away, I would assume that they would probably use the gun to shoot me, and I would shoot them if I could.

If I was walking/jogging down the street and some guys hops out of a truck and points a shotgun in my face, you bet I'm going to defend myself. I don't understand the guy following and filming it is guilty of anything. The other 2, can't say much to defend their actions.
