Werewolves and vampires had been overdone....nobody had focused on witches and wizards. Good catch, and also lucky to be picked up almost immediately after the 1st book for a film option, otherwise probably wouldnt have completed the series, or been half as popular. They tried it with the Eregon kid too, but it crashed and burned. Always remember these words: Work hard, study well, and eat and sleep plenty! That is the Turtle Hermit way!
