Your funds are on binance, you set up an API key and enable spot trading for stoic, but not withdrawals. Only you can withdraw funds.

If you want to carry on trading separate from your stoic portfolio, you can also open a sub account on binance and carry on your own trades through that, keeping the funds separate (otherwise stoic uses all funds available to trade with).
