Wood Cells Older Than Earth?

Red arrows in the photo above point to remains of wood cells. They are found in a meteorite that is said to be 4.565 billion years old.

Added on Nov. 28: Answer to the question above
The remains of wood cells originated from Mars. So, the remains of wood cells cannot be older than Mars or Earth or 4.565 billion years.
