We don't know what caused the altercation in the first place. I don't believe she hit him intentionally and unprovoked. Something happened first.
Quoting: Ritard In my experience what often sets it off especially with women is seeing a bike move easily through traffic between lanes which in most states is legal. They try to hit the bike or pinch him off to stop him. Experienced this dozens of times.
