Yes, it is precisely because I do know people that I asked those questions. Rural America, neighbors with guns threatening him (by his own words), and you are telling me they all took off running when they saw his gun? Nope, something just isn't right here.
And there were no yells for help - that's what I am questioning. No screams of "I'm shot," "He shot me!" That's what people say when they are shot. She didn't die until after she got to the hospital. You should have heard, "My baby!" "He shot me and I'm pregnant!" But nothing. If the neighbors came out to help her with their guns, they wouldn't have abandoned her after she was shot. Nope, there is more here than we are being told.

And even if there was...well...bystander effect, and the knowledge not every area is like yours, or every person will act like you do. Speaking from experience multiple times - no way I was the only one who heard trouble or a cry for help, but was the only one who responded I guess we will just have to wait for the investigation and all the facts to come out. At the very least, they were both dumb as dirt and he walks free to kill another day. At the very most, he ends up frying. I'm still betting that there is more here than we know, though, and that he will be charged with something. Free to kill another day or fry? Well you don't hide ya biases at all, partial respect Nope, no mercy for the stupid. Even if his story is true and she was the aggressor w/regards to the gun incident, her death is still on his hands. He followed her home when he didn't need to. He had her address, tags, a witness, and the police were on their way. If his story is true, then his stupidity has ruined his life and her stupidity ended both her life and that of her child. This incident demonstrated his poor choice after poor choice and I suspect that's been the history of his life. You can't cure stupid, after all.
