Oh nice, you're in a good area. Same type of people here...but in my experience, they tend me be rare communities. The case of the lady who screamed for help in a hallway while the killer-to-be left and came back multiple times. Bystander effect.
Again depends where you're shot. If a lung is collapsed and you're coughing blood while weak from the injuries...you're not screaming for help, if you're even conscious.
And even if there was...well...bystander effect, and the knowledge not every area is like yours, or every person will act like you do. Speaking from experience multiple times - no way I was the only one who heard trouble or a cry for help, but was the only one who responded
Quoting: Sol-tari I guess we will just have to wait for the investigation and all the facts to come out. At the very least, they were both dumb as dirt and he walks free to kill another day. At the very most, he ends up frying. I'm still betting that there is more here than we know, though, and that he will be charged with something. Quoting: GA Girl Free to kill another day or fry? Well you don't hide ya biases at all, partial respect Quoting: Sol-tari Nope, no mercy for the stupid. Even if his story is true and she was the aggressor w/regards to the gun incident, her death is still on his hands. He followed her home when he didn't need to. He had her address, tags, a witness, and the police were on their way. If his story is true, then his stupidity has ruined his life and her stupidity ended both her life and that of her child. This incident demonstrated his poor choice after poor choice and I suspect that's been the history of his life. You can't cure stupid, after all. Quoting: GA Girl As I pointed out earlier to you and you did not respond, the biker had he right to make a felony citizen arrest. He was fully in his rights. Even if she didn't hit him on purpose and I think she did, everything that happened from the point she drove off is without a doubt criminal felonious actions.
