That asshole followed a woman to her house and killed her in cold blood.
Anyone of you limp dicks defending him would be the first to say, "If someone follows me to my house I'm gonna invoke castle doctrine and blow him away."
Once he got her address he could have rode off and let the police deal with it, he could have even just given them her plate number.
No sane man follows a woman to her home with anything but bad intentions.
What was his plan sitting outside her home? Was he there to rape her into "behaving."
He could have driven away when he saw she brandished a weapon to DEFEND HER HOME.
