dont draw unless you are ready to die, she had a weapon she died by the sword. You cant flee the scene of a crime and then draw down on someone...
Quoting: above/below It's not up to some low life meth head biker to enforce the law. He should have just given the information to the police and let them deal with her. He had a DUTY TO RETREAT from her home when he saw she brandished a weapon to DEFEND HER HOME. He needs to go away for 25 to life. It's everyone's right and duty to enforce the law. We have PRECISELY equal rights with the polcie to do so in any felony crime committed in our presence, and especially AGAINST US. When a felony suspect who has hit you with a car intentionally points a gun at you you can kill them, I assure you. ASK YOURSELF THIS QUESTION, WHAT WOULD A MOTORCYCLE COP HAD DONE IN THE SAME CIRCUMSTANCE? What in your delusional mindset makes you think anyone else has any less right of self defense, or to enforce the law? It wouldnt be pretty
