Covid or bronchitis???

Since Tuesday I have been dealing with shortness of breath, wheezing and a cough. I normally get bronchitis this time of year with my asthma. I have tested negative for covid twice since this started.

My doctor told me he doesn’t think it is bronchitis. He said I could have covid but keep testing negative. I know that I have been around people who are covid positive. All my doctor was worried about was to try abs talk me j to taking the covid vaccine which I told him I will not take. I was prescribed an albutural inhaler and cough pills and told to drink plenty of fluids and rest.

Anyone else have these symptoms? Geographically I am in the northeastern part of the US.
