She was stern.

Here’s the short version of the dream:

It happened almost a decade ago. I was completely lucid in the dream yet unable to control the situation. I was in a dark place being attacked by an entity resembling a hellhound and my counter-attacks against it were fruitless. I was losing badly.

Then out of nowhere I heard the divine tone. It sounded like a gigantic church-bell that ran with the sound of a singing voice. As mentioned, the vibration dropped me to my knees, unable to move. The hellhound wasn’t as fortunate. The thing dissolved to nothingness as the vibrations passed through it. The darkness around me changed to a brilliant white void and she appeared. She was beautiful, glowing with blue translucent light.

I felt completely unworthy in her presence, crying like a child. Yet, at the time I was desperate. I begged her to fix a circumstance in my waking life and she denied the request with a resounding “NO”. The vibration of her words was deep and carried an impact that shook me to my core.

Now groveling on the ground in the presence of a being powerful beyond my imagination I sobbed “then what should I do?”

She responded: “Say something of everyone you’ve ever met” and promptly disappeared as I woke up.

I have already made suggestions.

Get a two thirds majority of people to sign a new law over the government, complete with courts and enforcers that command the police and military.

Or you could re-assign the supreme court. Make it aggressive, and give it command over the police and military, and give it authority over only government and its agencies and agents and employees.

By aggressive, I mean it doesn't wait for cases of violations of rights to be presented to it, but it investigates and acts rapidly to arrest violators.

It would be a crime for any government agency to obstruct it of withhold information from it.

Everyone who works for the government needs to fear for their lives when agents of the supreme court show up.

who would want the murderers of their Father to tell them how they murdered him, what they did to the remains and why?
