We have demonstrated that PEG–RGO exhibits superior ssRNA loading and delivery capability, compared to the widely studied PEGylated graphene oxide (PEG–GO). Computational simulation further suggested that PEG–RGO binds ssRNA much stronger than PEG–GO, consistent with the experimental results.
