Those remarks prompted Chief Justice John Roberts to rebuke the Democratic leader later that day.

"Justices know that criticism comes with the territory, but threatening statements of this sort from the highest levels of government are not only inappropriate, they are dangerous," Roberts said in a statement. "All Members of the Court will continue to do their job, without fear or favor, from whatever quarter."

The statement "Outlaw Roe v. Wade" makes no sense. "Reverse the Roe v Wade decision" or "Outlaw abortion" is what she should have said because nobody can "outlaw" a Supreme Court case.

She is a moron and so is her lawyer husband who would often *cough, cough* "sell at face value" his tickets to premium sporting events like the Super Bowl, to local politicians he wanted favors from for himself or his clients. Of course when anyone tried to FOIA the cancelled personal checks from the politician who *cough, cough* "bought" these, the requests would be ignored or denied by the municipality.

Shaheen is a great example of how the Massholes who swarmed into NH like locusts have ruined a once fine state.

This woman, wife of William Shaheen (attorney and political activist. [link to www.shaheengordon.com (secure)] )along with her peers from NH Congresswoman Annie Kuster and Senator Maggie Hassan (both well-connected liberal attorneys) should know better than to behave in such a confrontational fashion with the US Supreme Court. Aside from the rather seditious nature of her comments, this kind of behavior is unethical and very unprofessional. Makes me so proud to report this to you from my home, in NH.

And this would be the reason why Gov. Sununu WOULDN'T run for the U.S. Senate. A vacuum would have been created that undoubtedly would have been filled by a Democrat while risking a loss to the sitting challengers Washington.

Behavior and comments such as hers should raise an alarm with anyone who expects the law to work for all without prejudice. She is advocating for mob rule (pure emotion) vs. a system of law based on the Constitution.

I find it disconcerting when lawyers and politicians are constantly looking for holes in the Constitution for the purpose of eviscerating it, or in the least twisting its framework for gain. And when they can't, they resort to this infantile, inflammatory behavior. Precisely what the country needs if it seeks to fail: a court of public opinion.
