How many are required to at least rise up and try to stop this? - Genocide of Billions

I'm interested to know thoughts or real data on this.

Here in the UK, they say 70% are vaccinated, which leaves some 10 million unvaccinated - I'm talking adults here.

Let's say 5 million fold, is 5 million and out of them probably only a fraction willing or able to fight enough?

Let's say 500,000 to a million rise up?
