Why Is There So Much Hate Towards The Unvaccinated?

They currently blame antivaxxers for the pressures obn health care, that their loved one can't get their cancer treatment because the unvaxxed (the minority) are holding the vaxxed (majority) hostage with lockdowns etc because of their selfish decisions.

Wow, where have you been? I'm not trying to be insulting, but it's been that way for YEARS now. It don't matter what vaccine it is, if you are against it, you are scoffed at or ostracized.

It's been that way for a couple decades now. It's very simple. People can be easily brainwashed. They become walking billboards for the pharmaceutical companies. Usually, it is in the name of their own virtue.

The BIG guy (pharmaceutical company) can make some of the Little guys (us) turn on each other when one of us refuses to use their pharmaceutical.

They have enough understanding of psychology in order to influence people's own core beliefs and values - a trickery. Those people fallen under that influence, will ATTACK YOU, instead of them.

Even before the covid propaganda I would meet (typically medical people) who would hate me because I was anti-vax.

I'm thinking that the propaganda machine has decided to spread the med-person anti-vax hatred to those lay-people who cling to the dream. They hope that it will divide us and sowing division is what they do.

I think that it may be true that some might awaken from the dream, but maybe more of a soft awakening, maybe not enough to stand up to their doctors and their bosses and their college admissions offices and the airlines etc.

I don't think even soft-awakened people would take part in an anti-vax witch hunt, but I'm not a pessimist, I'm on optometrist.

What surprised me was the reaction of one of the company nurses when she found out I received a religious exemption to the vaccine. I had gone for my required twice weekly testing and she asked me what I was going to do about my job after the approaching vaccine mandate deadline. I told her I got an exemption and her mouth dropped open and her look changed to one of shock, annoyance and disappointment. She quickly caught herself and said oh, that’s good. This is someone I had been somewhat friendly with since I saw her regularly for testing, we had just talked about our lives a little bit who I would consider a nice and good person. She had told my coworker that the company was not going to give any exemptions.

And our younger coworker just got his voluntary booster shot on Wednesday and didn’t feel well after and called in sick Thursday and Friday. We unvaccinated had to cover his job plus ours. I hope he’s ok. Nice hardworking kid too.
