Does anyone ever scratch their butt and smell their fingers aftwards? I’ve had some doozy’s let me tell ya.

I'm not sure, but I think I broke the thread with the Cobra Gypsies post. None of the yt posts are loading now.....or they're taking waaaaaaaaaay too long, and I'M timing out....


I'm not real big on patience sometimes....

With a basic ice cream recipe, you can make any flavor your heart desires. My favorite batch was made with fresh bing cherries and dark chocolate shavings.
It was to die for.
Your quest for sugar free is going to be a bit of a challenge.
Stevia is great to work with—but only on some things, since it can have a bit of an aftertaste. Plus it’s expensive, if you’re trying to keep costs down.

I can't stand Stevia....I used to be a chef, and I'm cursed with picky taste buds. Stevia can have me gagging on a bad day.

I'm actually thinking about maybe trying to produce some edibles to sell. I have two fairly rock solid recipes now. I don't think many are needed. A tasty energy ball, and a caramel brownie bite.

I adapted the brownie bit from a gluten free chocolate chip mug cookie recipe, and made them in single serving size, little bites, but just made up the batter for the cake recipe I have, and ate half of it at about 7 pm last night...lawdy, I was still high until about an hour or so ago, lol.

I'm retired now, so I have a lot of time on my hands to maybe give it a go....or I was thinking about maybe starting another in home dining business, like I used to do back in the day. Except now there can be a cannabis menu, too, along with other gourmet meals.

I know there's not a personal chef where I live - if there is, then they're the best kept secret ever - and I know there's a market for it in town, too....the restaurants around here are just short of "uhn-uhn, I can't eat that" for me....

I have no doubt I'd be busy, once it got on a roll. Heh, but I'm liking being retired, too, doing nothing, but thinking up things to do....harhar.

One in home dining job a weekend and selling some edibles could be fun, and I'd make a little extra cash....

I made a cocktail earlier. I'll share the (loosely shared) recipe....because yummy! It's mostly like a Amaretto Stone Sour.

Everything is in "about this much" measurements....

In a blender, or I used my Nutribullet - love that thang! - put in about--

12 ozs orange juice

Three drops each of lemon and lime bottled juice, or some fresh, I just have these bottled juices because I made my own sweet and sour mixer at the holidays. Every store was sold out, so I made my own....

1/3 cup of Amaretto

1/4 cup of gold rum

A big splege of honey, like a loaded tablespoon. This was a makeshift sweet and sour mixer tonight....too lazy, too potent of edible to make it from scratch....

Two cups of small ice cubes, and blend it until smooth. This makes two 12 oz servings, and is delicious!


I'm onto water now, though....

Jeebus, I'm feeling like I'm in the back forty here, and nobody is hearing me asking if the youtube videos are loading for them!

I'm thinking it must just be me, or somebody would be starting a thread asking about it....
