Right now I'm looking at:
Ivermectin
Vitmin D
Aspirin
Zeolite
Dandelion leaf extract
NAC
Glutathione
Colloidal Silver
Molecular Hydrogen
And other assorted herbs in a super concentrated tea that i ordered from a site that I probably can't mention here.

All of us are going to be taking stuff not just my wife... because at least in the initial stages the shedding could be pretty severe. Haven't even approached the topic of sex... but my feeling is if I'm already in the same house and same space all the time anyway, then the risk is probably about the same, so whatever happens naturally, is just what happens, especially if our whole house will be on supplements.
