Major Mountain; sorry to hear that you are in conflict with your wife. The "dark side's" plan are coming to fruition, which is to separate everyone, including families, nations, races, you name it. It's been happening through many devices and plans for years. This Covid story is another dividing device. I would advise not to give in to it. It may sound cheesy, but love is the opposite of division, and love is what is under constant attack.

Regarding illnesses at the present time: some may be vaccine related. Others may not. Contaminated vaccines (and not all are, and not all are vaccines actually) are only part of the story. Radiation from incoming gamma rays from the Milky Way are causing a lot of this strife. There is little on can do about this, except trying to raise one's own vibration. This is done through living in a spiritual manner, for example caring for those around you. This seems to be your task with regard to your wife - unconditional love. Sorry if I have said what you might already know or feel. These are difficult times, but they are also temporary.
