How does one screw up a Marie Callender pie?
Thought they were idiot proof.
Quoting: Lady Jane Smith I have followed directions before and the pie ended up getting burned. So it is best to check it at least half way through and then keep on checking it. I had one of Marie’s pot pies and followed directions and it almost burnt. So I lower the oven temp now and set the timer for less than on the box and keep checking. Try calibrating the temp on your oven. My guess is your oven isn't special and food burns at the proper temperature
