How does one screw up a Marie Callender pie?
Thought they were idiot proof.

I had one of Marie’s pot pies and followed directions and it almost burnt. So I lower the oven temp now and set the timer for less than on the box and keep checking. Try calibrating the temp on your oven. My guess is your oven isn't special and food burns at the proper temperature I bet she put it on the top rack! That will burn it. Middle rack always.
