No, we arent gay, (not flaming , anyway), we just figured its economical.

Instead of starting the car each day to go 2 miles...

That isnt good for cars, the exhaust and stuff.

The funny thing is, we work in a coal mine, so you could imagine the type of co-workers we have. Good guys, but, man , they laugh their asses off at us each day when we arrive on that thing.

Seriously, we arent gay,,both married.

I am just curious as to why these bicycles get so much laughter.

When we started getting all the laughs, we figured we might as well keep doing it,,,it has become sort of a running gag.

You just need to develope an attitude....anything you're doing that makes someone else smile/laugh/or otherwise find enjoyment with, is a good thing.

I love it when people laugh at me or (with me as I prefer) because when you do something, stupid or not, that creates this kind of response, well, you'll never be forgotten then....and even better, someone is talking about it, so again, you'll never be forgotten.

These guys are eating their lunches, talking about it, nearly choking with laughter.

And, no Destiny, not making this up, we really get to work this way. I mean, its only about 2 miles, so why not?

It keeps guys laughing, and my attitude is, is better to have people laughing than miserable.

Yeah and those fatass-gut the size of quadruplets-coal miner HE-MAN (ha,yeah right)types WISH they could get on a bike and actually make it go for more than two feet before falling over like a two-year-old girl. Me and my Specialized mountainbike can go over stuff that would leave most SUV's and 4x4 dead in their tracks. Personally I'd get individual bikes as it gives you more control on the road, especially for getting out of the way of dumfux on their cellphones that THINK they know how to drive those BIGASS trucks. They'll be laughing all right when gas goes to 4 bucks a gallon.
