The general population literally worships Government Authority. They have placed it on a pedestal, sacrificed their freedoms and humanity on the altar of its’ self-proclaimed goodness in a temple dedicated to its’ name. They have decided that Authority is unquestionable, beyond all human wisdom. That its’ edicts and decisions are tantamount to some holy wisdom from an eternal creator and they have vowed their minds and hearts to its’ service. It’s fucking disturbing. I lost faith in humanity when I saw the atrocious and cruel false god that it manufactured for itself to worship. I also think Authority and Government are what an entire generation of people, who had mommy and daddy issues growing up, used to replace the empty holes in their hearts where a parental figure should be.

They are mindless. Entranced. Unthinking.

Want a zombie apocalypse? You’re living in one.

This is exactly what gives cops a bad name!!!

On Tuesday, CBS Dallas glorified an incident at Dallas Love Field Airport in which a 25-year-old woman traveling with $100,000 in cash had it seized by the cops in what's known as civil asset forfeiture. If you need a primer, see our previous reporting here and here.

CBS reported:

High praise for a K-9 officer at Dallas Love Field Airport after more than $100,000 was found in a passenger’s luggage.

On December 2 the canine — named ‘Ballentine’ — alerted on an individual checked suitcase. It turns out the bag, that belonged to 25-year-old woman from Chicago who was on a layover at the airport, contained blankets and two large bubble envelopes filled with $106,829 in cash.

The woman who owned the bag was not arrested, but the money was seized and police say it will be subject to the civil asset forfeiture process.

So ... it's a crime to carry too much LEGAL TENDER.

That is why they changed Life, Liberty, and Property
to Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

If that cash was obtained by legal means, then they are stealing her Life. You trade part of your time (Life) for the money you make.

That's why people who say material items can be replaced are wrong.
You may be able to replace those *things*, but you can never replace the time and effort spent acquiring them in the first place. Once spent, time & effort are *gone*.

The police decide to question you. You say no because that is your right. Police then say that constitutes guilt and detain you for an hour because you won't answer questions.

It is not your responsibility to prove you are innocent. The burden is on them to prove you are guilty.

She had money. They wanted it so they took it with no proof she did anything wrong.

If she can prove she took it out the bank somewhere and had a legal reason then she can get it back.

Otherwise she didnt pay taxes on it and its illegal contraband.

She probably made it prostituting or grabbing a stripper pole, selling drugs, transporting drugs,or some other nefarious shit..

Re: 'David Burge' Goes Ballistic Over Civil Asset Forfeiture After Dallas Cops Snatch $100K From Innocent Woman
In 2015, New Mexico completely (and unanimously) abolished civil asset forfeiture.

Law enforcement was apoplectic and warned of dire consequences. The New Mexico Department of Public Safety feared that the bill would have “a negative impact on public safety,” and could trigger a “reduction in criminal investigations.” “This bill directly jeopardizes the most basic and fundamental key to successful narcotics investigations,” the department claimed in a 2015 bill analysis.

The chair of the New Mexico Sheriff’s Association was even more blunt, warning that without civil forfeiture, “You’ll get less law enforcement.” “The end result of this is the cartels are going to ramp up their money laundering and cash exchanges in the state of New Mexico tenfold,” he predicted.

Thankfully, those predictions haven’t come true. Five years later, reality is quite different. A new study from the Institute for Justice, Policing for Profit, “detected no significant increase in crime rates that could be attributed to the reforms, indicating the reforms had no negative effect on public safety—and strongly suggesting civil forfeiture is not an essential crime-fighting tool.”

Just to highlight how it’s done differently. New Mexico gets it right every now and then!

If you think the "bad name" isn't intentional, you're not paying attention.

They are polarizing the people vs LEOs and vice-versa. This way the cops will see it as "us vs them" and follow orders when they are needed.

There's been a few of these cases where I realize the cops can't be this stupid. Like the one of the cop shooting the guy in the electric wheelchair. That's a narrative looking for an event (not the other way around).

I read about an elderly U.S. Military Veteran who was on a road-trip to buy some house or property in another State. Law Enforcement pulled him over, searched his vehicle and seized all the cash he brought with him to buy the house/property. It was his life savings. No idea if he ever got it back, but Civil Asset Forfeiture laws are used to perpetrate pure evil against innocent citizens in many cases.

I’m not the kind of person who bashes cops mindlessly. I worked in Law Enforcement a long time ago. When cops are right, they’re right…but when they’re wrong, it can be incredibly cruel and tyrannical. And good people from all walks of life and races suffer needlessly because of it. I’ll call it the way I see it. Law Enforcement has been given jurisdiction over too many aspects of Americans lives. There are too many stupid laws and fines for petty bullshit. Look at what happens if you even defend yourself from an attempted murder in big Lib Cities…you get worse treatment than the perp.

This shit needs to stop. I support decriminalizing Marijuana (and other natural substances, too) because a ton of non-violent otherwise law abiding people have had their lives completely ruined, their families destroyed over fucking plant leaves and despotic laws criminalizing them.

Is the Citizen violating the Law…or is the Law violating the Citizen? That has ALWAYS been my guiding principle. And in many cases, I would absolutely say it’s the latter.

Wake the fuck up. It's ALWAYS been that way. Cops work for paychecks and pensions and will always follow whatever orders they're given. They are not your friends.
In his poem Human Pride, Marx admits that his aim is not to improve the world, reform or revolutionize it, but simply to ruin it and enjoy it being ruined:

With disdain I will throw my gauntlet full in the face of the world,
And see the collapse of this pygmy giant whose fall will not stifle my ardor.
Then will I wander godlike and victorious through the ruins of the world
And, giving my words an active force, I will feel equal to the Creator.
